Denver Days is coming this fall, with more rides and great entertainment! The festival opens Wednesday September 29th and closes Saturday night, October 2nd. For any questions, please email Nicole or Bob at info@hechtdevelopment.com.
The rides open Wednesday at 5:00 and Cole Rides from Virginia is increasing the number from 11 last year to 17, so there will be plenty of thrills for you, and for all ages! The midway will be here also, so that cotton candy and all the games will be awaiting also!
Friday, the food vendors, crafts and local businesses move in and will be here with us through Saturday night. Please plan plenty of time to come visit all the vendors who make Denver Days possible, visit with your friends, grab something to eat and enjoy the festival.
We have two great bands playing Friday and Saturday night and are sponsored by The Hecht Team (Bob Hecht and Nicole Hecht) along with Hecht Development and Hecht Property Management. The Craig Woolard Band is Friday night at 8:00, and Craig has a huge beach following so get here early for a good seat.
Saturday night, General Johnson and the Chairmen of the Board will take the stage at 8:00 and you won’t want to miss this show! Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the music. Again, get here in time to take on the rides, bring the entire family and make a day of Denver Days.
All the proceeds from Denver Days will go toward construction of the East Lincoln Rescue Park, to be located on Galway Lane, across from the Lincoln Charter School. This is the signature project of the Denver Lake Norman Rotary Park. For information on the park, a preliminary design or how you can be involved, please email Bob at bob@hechtdevelopment.com.
Come take an afternoon or evening and join us at Denver Days 2010.
